Peter brings more than 20 years of experience leading complex technology programs and building high-performing delivery teams. At Tactable, he oversees client delivery from end to end, including team leadership, delivery methods, financial performance and executive relationships. He also develops scalable practices that keep projects focused on measurable business results.
Before joining Tactable, Peter held senior delivery and program leadership roles at Canadian Tire, RBC, Loblaw Companies and Accenture. His experience spans cloud and application modernization, loyalty platforms, digital products, analytics and large-scale transformation across financial services and retail. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations turn strategic priorities into results through disciplined execution and a practical approach to risk and change.
