Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and use information.

You may use the Website for lawful purposes, such as learning about Tactable, our services, and career opportunities, and contacting us. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;

The Tactable name and logo are trademarks of Tactable. Other names and logos shown on the Website, including those of our clients and partners, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

The Website does not currently offer user accounts or logins. If we introduce accounts in the future, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

When you contact us through the Website, you agree to provide accurate information. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the Website until an appropriate agreement is in place between you and Tactable. Job applications are submitted through LinkedIn and are subject to LinkedIn's terms.

Content on the Website is provided for general information only. It is not professional, technical, legal, or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Case studies and descriptions of past work illustrate our experience. Results depend on each organization's circumstances and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes. Client details may be generalized to protect confidentiality.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
